College and the Autistic Student

Autism, a neurological-based developmental disability, affects an estimated one in 166 people, according to a 2004 study by the Centers for Disease Control Prevention. Both children and adults with Autism typically show difficulties in verbal and nonverbal communication, social interactions and leisure or play activities, according to the Autism Society of America. Autism affects individuals differently and to varying degrees.

Experts agree on the following advice upon detection of Autism:

Comics Humor

1. Seek immediate treatment for your child.

College and the Autistic Student

2. If possible, find someone to work with the child at least 20 hours a week, i.e. a therapist, teacher, parent, grandparent or someone from your church or group. Look for progress after one month.

3. Do not allow the child to sit and watch TV all day. Get them engaged and play as many games as possible that require taking turns.

4. New parents learning they have an autistic child must recognize immediately that they cannot do it all by themselves. They should immediately contact Autism societies or chapters to find resources, join support groups and talk with other families about their experiences.

5. Help the child to develop their areas of strength, particularly among high-functioning students with Asperger's Syndrome (a neurobiological condition characterized by normal intelligence and language development with deficiencies in social and communication skills), and get them job experiences during high school.

Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia is one of the few colleges in the US that has a special program in their Autism Training Center, which works with Autism spectrum disorders like Aspergers. Although many colleges have counselors and staff familiar with Autism, only Marshall has a program tailored specifically for autistic students. The program serves three of the university's 16,360 students and may eventually accommodate 10; it will remain small by choice.

"The goal is not for all students with Autism to attend Marshall, but for the program to become a model for other colleges," says Barbara Becker-Cottrill, the Center's director. "The true goal is for students to have the ability to attend the university of their choice. Our work will be working with other universities on how to establish a program such as this on their own campuses."

Kim Ramsey, the Marshall program's director, had this to say, "The problem is, social and daily living issues are interfering."

This is not to be confused with a special education program. Like all students, they must meet and maintain the university's academic standards. The Center offers tutoring, counseling, a quiet space to take exams, and help in the navigation of the bureaucracy and social world of college, i.e. how to schedule classes, join clubs, buy books and replace ATM cards that don't work.

In a recent issue of the bimonthly, Asperger's Digest, Lars Perner, an assistant professor of marketing at San Diego State University who has Asperger's Syndrome, said, "How many college students have forms of Autism is impossible to determine as many go undiagnosed or are simply perceived as a little bit strange. The exact cause is unknown, although both genetics and environmental factors are suspected of playing a role. Some of these students might be able to get into college because of fairly strong academic credentials and a reasonable academic showing. That may not mean they will be able to stay in college." Perner is also the author of a college selection guide.

Sadly, most autistic students either drop out or don't even apply to college because they have difficulty with such tasks as doing all the paperwork, time management, taking notes and sitting for exams. Stephen Shore, who is finishing his doctoral degree in special education at Boston University and has been diagnosed with atypical development with strong autistic tendencies, said, "More programs like Marshall's were needed. I think they would do much better and there would be a much higher rate of success if this type of program were available elsewhere." However, as researchers learn more about Autism and public school services for Autism improve, more autistic students will graduate from high school and be academically, socially and emotionally prepared for college.

College Selection - Your Number One Priority

The following must be considered, but only after the family has visited the campus and is convinced their student will be able to "survive" at that school:

1. Accommodations: If proper accommodations are not made available to the student, then it would be futile to attend that particular college.

2. Curriculum: Ideally, there will be enough areas of interest for the student.

3. Setting: Urban or rural, close to home or far away, and a large or small student body are all issues that must be factored in.

4. Cost: Last but not least; like the 5th C when searching for that perfect diamond - is the cost. Paying for college is actually the easy part, because no matter what, you can borrow the money! And never lose sight of the fact that all the financial aid in the world is useless without that coveted admission ticket!

Some other criteria that should be particularly important for autistic students include:

1. A highly structured academic program

2. A second-to-none disabilities services program (or its equivalent)

3. A willingness to be flexible

4. Support for individual needs and a centralized counseling center

Experience with Autism is helpful, but the most important characteristics of the disabilities services program and counseling center are the commitment to providing individualized support and a willingness to learn about each student's disability and needs. Because of the learning differences of students with high functioning Autism/Asperger's Syndrome, they often benefit from tutoring, organizational and personal support services.

Sometimes, a smaller school is easier for students who learn better in a smaller and quieter environment. For students who will find the degree of independence and organization required for living at college to be intimidating, it can be helpful to live at home for the first year or two of college, and gradually make the transition to more independent living. Some colleges offer cooperative education programs, in which students alternate between taking academic courses and working in related jobs. Such programs have the ability to help students explore potential careers and develop essential work skills.

Academic Assistance and Accommodations

In college, students are given the responsibility of advocating for themselves. They can receive support from the disabilities services program or not, but they will have to be able to make many decisions for themselves.

In many colleges, the disabilities services program will write a letter to relevant professors indicating that a student has a disability and may need special accommodations. This letter might be the student's responsibility to give to the professor, or it might be sent out to each professor. In either case, it is then likely to be the student's responsibility to follow up with the professor and request specific help.

Many students will need coaching and support in order to do this. Some counselors may be willing and able to help, others will not. In many instances, it will be necessary and helpful to have a tutor. The disabilities service center will usually be able to assist with the required services.

Academic accommodations have been helpful as well as necessary for some students with Asperger's High Functioning Autism because they need a little longer to process information and organize responses. This can mean that they will take a little longer in responding to questions in class and should receive the required extra time on quizzes, tests and exams. Due to difficulties in processing and screening sensory information, a distraction-free environment may be important for ongoing studying and for taking exams.

Seating is often important in lecture halls. Sitting at or close to the front and sometimes in the center of the row, can make it easier to hear and understand. Some students find it easier to sit near the front but in an aisle seat, so that they have a bit more room to spread out and are less likely to be bumped.

Seating is sometimes on a first-come, first served basis daily, or for the entire semester. If this is the case, students should get to their first class early, or try to make preparations in advance. Some professors prefer assigned seating for the entire semester. In that case, students may need to talk to the professor in order to arrange for their special seating needs.

Some professors include class participation as a component of the grade and require recitals in front of the class and/or working together as part of a group. Such class requirements can be challenging for students with difficulties in oral communication or working together with others. In anticipation of this, students should be advised to talk to the professor about their disability early in the semester in order to attain special accommodations, if necessary, and the support and understanding of the professor which is always necessary.

Getting Organized

Most students with Autism spectrum disorders need clear, systematic organizational strategies for academic work and most likely for all other aspects of daily living. Calendars, checklists and other visual strategies for organizing activities should be developed with the student.

Course Selection

Many students with Asperger's/High Functioning Autism will excel in courses that draw on factual memory and/or visual perceptual skills. An intuitive counselor or advisor can help guide the student to a curriculum that will capitalize on his or her strengths and interests.

The most difficult and challenging courses are those that require abstract verbal reasoning, flexible problem solving, extensive writing, or social reasoning. Such courses may be valuable to take, but could require extra time and support.

In her book, Pretending to be Normal, Liane Willey, an adult with Asperger's Syndrome, recommends taking courses in communication and psychology in order to improve social understanding and skills. "It is often wise," she advises, "to audit a course if it would take a long time to master the material."

A somewhat relaxed class load is often the best course of action, especially during the freshman year when everything is new. For some students, a reduced course load can help keep the stress levels more manageable.

A related issue is that many students with Autism need extra time for thinking about problems and for completing work. This means they will need more time than most students for reading and doing assignments. This should be taken into account in planning a student's course load so they will not be overwhelmed, which could have adverse consequences.

Social Groups and Activities

For some students, living on their own may be overwhelming as they often need more support than most freshmen for making social connections. All campuses have organized social groups and activities. Most students with high functioning Autism/Asperger's will enjoy participating in some of these, but will need guidance with finding the right groups and introductions.

Always consider the student's strengths and interests when looking for groups and activities. It might be beneficial to have someone, perhaps an older student, a mentor or advisor point out groups that would be of interest and help with the initial steps of becoming a participant. It may also be possible to mobilize other resources through Student Services, residence advisors and service organizations on campus.

Dorm Life

For many students with high functioning Autism, it is preferable to have a single room. This will provide a sanctuary where they can control their environment, focus on their work and daily activities without distraction, and not be forced to engage in social interaction all the time. Having a roommate can be highly stressful, and most experts agree that to be without one initially is the best choice. However, it is strongly recommended to have a mentor nearby.

When the student is in agreement, it can be helpful to inform the residence staff of their disability and the areas in which support may be needed. It is best if the student can discuss their disability with peers. It can also be helpful to meet with other students in adjacent rooms to discuss why their behavior may appear to be odd at times.

The Daily 9-5

It will prove most helpful to identify the likely pitfalls and provide the student with written guidelines and checklists in addition to advance preparation and training. The following are various aspects of daily life on the average college campus.

1. Meal plans and their rules; where to eat at non-meal times

2. Laundry

3. Spending money; budgeting

4. Using a campus ID and/or charge card

5. Dorm rules

6. Handling fire drills at any hour, especially in the middle of the night

7. Using communal bathrooms

8. Transportation

9. Campus maps

10. Locating security personnel

11. Finding rest rooms

12. Using an alarm clock

13. Campus mail, e-mail and instant messaging usage

14. Library hours and how to get help from a librarian, and for that matter, anyone else

15. Lecture hall procedures

16. Learning about and participating in dorm activities

17. Student health services

18. Medical, non-medical emergencies and non-emergency procedures

19. First aid and how to take care of oneself during a minor illness (including how to get liquids and food when they're under the weather)

20. Finding time for physical exercise is important for many, not only for health reasons but also to help with stress management.

Plan Far In Advance

Thinking about these issues years in advance is necessary; doing something about it is mandatory! As part of the Individualized Education Plan process, each student should have a transition plan to learn the skills necessary for college. Many important skills that will facilitate success in college can be taught and practiced at home and while the student is still in high school. It is important that the student understand what his or her learning needs are, and the types of accommodations that will be helpful.

In college, students will probably find it helpful to talk to advisors and professors about these issues. This will be easier to do when it has been practiced in the more supportive environment of the home and the high school. At home, high school students should be learning and practicing daily living and independence skills so they will be able to be successful in college...

The Relationship of Inflation to Interest Rates

Why ever do interest rates exist? Who in the world invented such a torturous tool that makes your initial loan more expensive than it really was? After all, aren't we borrowing money for the simple fact that we are short of it? Heck, such opportunism really can buy you an express ticket to the netherworld.

But are interest rates really the work of the devil as some people say? Before we come to understand interest rates, we must first understand the factors that affect it. One of these factors is "inflation".

Comics Humor

Inflation can be described as the power of your one dollar to purchase items. It is related to the Consumer Price Index or CPI. Now the CPI measures the percentage increase of basic commodities through a pegged year. The pegged year is normally a year in which the economy for that country performed exceptionally well. Now the list of these commodities is entirely at the discretion of the nation's economic managers. Why? Because the world is full of different cultures. Some cultures are heavy rice eaters, while others prefer corn. Some are heavy wheat consumers, while others aren't. What is a basic commodity in your country may not necessarily mean that it applies to another.

The Relationship of Inflation to Interest Rates

Anyway, back to inflation. When prices increase, your dollar gets to buy less. Over time, prices tend to steadily increase. Hence, your one dollar today is not necessarily equivalent in value to your one dollar tomorrow. A case in point: if you could buy four comic books with your one dollar when you were younger, guess what, Batman? You can't even buy one these days at that price. That is inflation.

So how is this related to interest rates? Investors, try to preserve the value of their money by investing in activities that have yields that are either equivalent or higher than the inflation rate. Let's say that the local interest rate is pegged at 6.5%; the money that you earn, save and invest, should be able to at the very least, match that rate. Why, because at the end of the year, if your money stayed inside the piggy bank, its value would've been eroded by that rate. So if you save 100 dollars at the start of the year, at the end of the year its worth would've been shaved by .50 leaving your 0 worth only .5.

In developed economies, bank savings interest rates normally equal that of the inflation rate. If competition is fierce between banking institutions then you will get higher interest rates thus more yield for your money.

So who decides on the interest rate to be used? Normally, it is the central bank of the country. Bear in mind that the rate they will declare is not something that needs to be followed. It is a benchmark, thus anything below that level automatically is a losing proposition for your investment.

So to wrap up, inflation is one of the factors that affect interest rates. When inflation moves up or down, the tendency is to increase or decrease the benchmark interest rate as well.

Speech Tips - Ten Things to Remember When Accepting an Award

Many people are recognised for their work, industry, sporting or community achievements.

The giving of awards by associations, businesses and groups helps recognise achievers and excellence.

Comics Humor

In many cases recipients of awards are asked to give a small acceptance speech.

Speech Tips - Ten Things to Remember When Accepting an Award

But, according to the Book of Lists, the number one fear in the Western World is the fear of speaking in public.

So how can you make a great impression when you have to accept an award?

Here are my 10 tips on how to make a great acceptance speech.

1. Keep to time.

There is nothing worse than someone who goes on and on. Not only does this turn the audience off but it diminishes the impact of the award. If you have been notified beforehand, always ask how long you have and then keep to that time. If the award is a complete surprise it is best to keep it shorter than go longer.

2. Keep it relevant.

Avoid grandstanding or using the opportunity to score points or put across your own personal agenda. Make the content of your speech relevant to the audience and occasion.

3. Make it memorable.

Personal stories can make an acceptance speech very powerful and memorable. Keep the stories personal, relevant and use to highlight a point.

4. Make a link back to the organisation giving the awards.

Always try and make a connection back to the values or the goals of the organisation giving the awards. Include a memorable vignette or incident, something entertaining or touching about your involvement.

5. Thank those that have helped you.

Nothing is more powerful than thanking others who have helped you reach your goals. Mentors, coaches, supporters, friends, people who first introduced you to the organisation are appropriate people to thank.

6. Share your feelings.
Revealing your true emotions makes a great connection with the audience. If you are truly excited show it!

7. Avoid negative or apologetic statements.

Awards are about celebrating success and achievement and your comments should reflect this. Be upbeat not downbeat.

8. Avoid jokes or funny stories.

Leave this to the professional comedians and stand up comics. The risks of backfiring far outweigh the upside.

9. Avoid notes.

If you know you are going to get an award always prepare beforehand. Don't read from notes - use keywords as memory triggers. There is always something lacking when an award recipient reads from their notes. I think the audience are let down and it minimises the impact.

10. End with a call to action.

What is it that you want the audience to do? You are the role model - inspire them to greater heights!

Company Name Suggestions

Finding the right company name can seem like a daunting task. More than likely, you'll have run a number of variations around your head and still come back with zilch!

So where do you find company name suggestions that are not only relevant, but will label your business with the best possible name? Well, you could pay for a specialised firm to supply you with company name suggestions, but this could be costly and not necessarily rewarding.

Comics Humor

You could just use the core name of what your business is about (though this will probably be boring and unmemorable) or, with a bit of hard work and imagination on your part, you could find the perfect company name yourself (and save yourself a few dollars into the bargain).

Company Name Suggestions

There are a number of ways of getting your initial ideas, but nowhere better than the internet. I will show you how I personally get the best list of words, that will eventually translate into the ultimate company name. Google has it's very own free tool for searching keywords by popularity (and remember, what people search for most, is what you want a slice of). Type "keyword selector tool" into the Google Search box and follow the instructions on the site. It will ask you to put a keyword in the box. Now, as an example, if your company deals in dog training, you would enter those keywords. This would then formulate a list in descending order, of the most popular searched for words/phrases for that term. At this point you may be surprised to find related keywords that you hadn't thought of previously.

Copy and paste all the keywords that catch your eye into a text document and call this your "company name suggestion journal". Now you have a list of base keywords with which to work, you will need to add some more words to your list. Depending on the nature of your business and the type of name you are looking for, will determine the next lot of content that you add. If for example, your business is lighthearted in nature, then a comic spin is always a winner. People like names that are humorous, and they will remember them easily (this should be the most important point when choosing a company name).

Making Love to a Virgin Girl

When you are making love to a girl who is a virgin, there are some things that you need to take note of so as to make it as pleasurable as possible for her. You will also need to take a lot of initiative here as she will more likely be very passive during lovemaking.

Handling a virgin is not as easy as you think. There are a lot of emotions and care involved here. The memory of having sex the first time will be in her memory forever, so it makes it more important for you to make the whole experience goes smoothly.

Comics Humor

Let us discuss some of things to take note when it comes to making love to a virgin girl:

Making Love to a Virgin Girl

1. Calm her nerves. She will definitely be very nervous doing it the first time. Spend some time cuddling together. Take things slowly. A little alcohol may calm her down a little.

2. Give her assurance. As this will be a very emotional process for her, she will need a lot of assurance, care and love. Assure her that all these elements are present and demonstrate how much you love her by going the extra mile to make her first time as pleasurable as possible.

3. Do not enter her before she is wet. If she is not wet enough and you enter her, you may cause her a lot of pain. Make sure that you spend a considerable amount of time on foreplay and make her as wet as possible.

4. Be gentle. During intercourse, thrust in a slow and steady movement. Do not try too many "tricks" and keep it as simple as possible. It will be good to adopt at most 2 different positions.

Bear these 4 points in mind when you meet a virgin. You will not want her to remember you as the one who gives her a horrible sexual experience.

Are you ready to bring your lovemaking with your lover to another level after her first time? Check out the website below for more love making ideas and tips:

How to Make A Cheap and Easy Chocolate Lover's Gift Basket

Gift baskets will always be popular and a great idea to give as a gift. People love to receive gift baskets. Making your own chocolate lover's gift basket is cheap and easy.

You can fill it with a variety of inexpensive items and there are lots of choices.ou can easily customize each chocolate theme gift basket to your recipient.

Comics Humor

I've put together a few great ideas for making a chocolate lover's gift basket, complete with instructions on how to make them. You can make inexpensive gift baskets or expensive gift baskets depending on your budget.

How to Make A Cheap and Easy Chocolate Lover's Gift Basket

First make a list of your recipient's hobbies and interests. List everything you can think of.

Suggestions: sports, books, television shows, in-house hobbies, outdoor recreation, camping, workshop, enjoy working with tools, golf, fishing, computer-related, environment friendly, golf, and tennis.

Also relaxation, food, wine, spa, bath and body, fruit, cookie, crafts, gardening, etc. You can tie in any interests into your chocolate theme. These are just a few ideas.

You can find many inexpensive items for use in making your gift baskets or filling your gift baskets, at 'dollar' stores, craft stores, party stores, discount outlets, flea markets, close-out stores, etc.

For gift containers you can use: any type of basket, wicker basket, straw basket, bucket, laundry basket, plastic container, toy dump truck or other large toy truck, purse, tin, Christmas tin, seasonal container, large tea pot, large upside-down hat, or plastic storage container-put lid underneath.

Other items might be: extra-large coffee mug, boot, potted plant holder, wire basket, large pasta bowl, large popcorn bowl, cooking pot, clay pot, tackle box, colander, small wagon, skillet, antique trunk, champagne bucket, hamper, Asian-style trunk or picnic basket.

For gift basket liner you can use: tissue paper, shredded paper, shredded newspaper, tea towels, dish towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, colored towels, colored napkins, placemats, diapers, baby blankets or fabric pieces.

For gift basket filler you can use: shredded colored paper, straw, Easter basket grass, crumpled newspaper comics, a bed of wrapped chocolates or other wrapped candy.

For items in the container it'll depend on the specialty or theme of the gift basket - in this case Chocolate! With chocolate it's best not to include any fragrant items, unless they are wrapped in such a way that they don't give off any fragrance. Here's a small random sampling to give you some good ideas:

Gift certificate for massage or spa visit, gift certificate to favorite store, gift certificate for restaurant, loofah, CD of nature sounds, favorite artist CD, DVD of newer release movie, how-to video or CD, handwritten poem, watch, framed photo, inspirational book, spa pillows, bath pillows, spa supplies, or a small fluffy towel.

Also flavored teas, green tea, specialty tea, herbal tea, biscotti, tea infuser, healthy snacks, fancy chocolates, boxed chocolates, chocolate bars, hot chocolate mix, specialty coffee mix, homemade chocolate chip cookies, homemade brownies, chocolate fudge, and Ghirardelli chocolates.

Or chocolate covered raisins, chocolate covered strawberries, Hershey chocolates, dark chocolates, white chocolates, chocolate bars, chocolate covered cherries, Belgian chocolates, chocolate mints, and chocolate covered pretzels.

How about miniature or giant-size chocolate animals, gourmet chocolate candies, Tootsie Rolls, nuts, homemade chocolate-based cookies, pre-packaged chocolate food items, brownie mixes, and chocolate chip cookie mixes.

And wooden spoons, your best chocolate chip cookie recipe, your favorite hand-written chocolate recipes, chocolate dessert recipes, chocolate fudge recipes, hot chocolate or cocoa mixes in fancy packets, coffee mug for cocoa, movie tickets and cinnamon sticks.

You can use as many chocolate items as you like. You can make your basket with all chocolate items or mix in a few non-chocolate items.

For gift basket wrapping you can use tulle netting or I like to use cellophane wrap. You can buy it in large rolls. Look for specialty packaging outlets where you can buy it wholesale.

Tie off the wrapped basket with ribbon. Wired fabric ribbon is best if you have it. For bows: You can use pre-packaged bows but making your own bows is easy and the best if you can do it. Use a large or huge bow.

Assemble all your gift basket items, tools you need, etc. Now line your selected gift container. Now stuff the selected filler into the gift basket to give added height to your items. Place, layer and arrange your selected items on the filler in the gift container. Put the larger items in the back, the smaller items in front.

Fill in the holes or prop up with more filler (shredded paper, Easter basket grass, wrapped chocolates, napkins or holiday napkins etc. Also you can use 'picks' of artificial flowers to fill in space.

Place your cellophane or other wrap under the gift basket. Center the gift basket on the wrap. Bring the cellophane or other wrap over the top of the gift basket and tie it with ribbon and or a beautiful bow! Use ribbon and bows to match your theme colors. Tuck a card in the ribbon and that's it!

You can find fabric or wired ribbon cheaply at Costco-- especially in the fall prior to Christmas but often throughout the year in some stores. You can shred paper in a paper shredder. If you're going to need a lot of cellophane you can purchase it wholesale through the packaging specialty stores throughout the U.S. but should be easily found in craft stores.

General tips: Try to use non-perishable items. Use freshly packaged food items, because even packaged crackers and cookies can go stale in a couple of months. You can find filler flower 'picks' at garage sales for pennies. If you buy wholesale they are usually around a dollar each.

Also there's nothing like learning how to make gift baskets from a video or DVD for making cheap and easy gift baskets. You can view it over and over again and share with your children, other family members and friends.

You can even charge for classes with your new-found knowledge and/or start a home based business if you so desire. In any event, making a chocolate lover's gift basket is cheap and easy and will be thoroughly appreciated by the chocolate lover recipient.

Vintage Adult Comics

As how they are obviously referred to, vintage adult comics are a reflection of ancient era or golden times. These are comics released in the 13th and 14th century and these days, they are difficult to get hold of. Other collectors aren't just limiting themselves to the 1940-50's collections, though. They follow until the 1970 releases of these comics.

Hundreds of comics were circulated in the golden age of magazines and literature. These materials were published using old kinds of papers. Vintage, as we hear of it, sounds valuable and rare. And yes, it definitely is rare to find some collections of books, magazines, comics or anything done five to seven decades ago.

Comics Humor

The young adolescent and adult groups have let loose their inhibitions of browsing over these vintage adult comics that flaunt boldness, sexiness, sophistication and seventh heaven. The erotic side of life is presented in its creatively enticing manner through sexy pictures of women and passionate scenarios of couples in love and lust. There is no denying that men are continuous followers of these kinds of readable stuff. Sensual women are even getting open-minded to explore the so-called hobby but rarely do they declare such actuation.

Vintage Adult Comics

As vintage comics like Batman, Flash Gordon, Superman, Green Lantern and Spiderman gained popularity back then, the emergence of vintage adult comics followed through their successes. Instead of heroic and funny themes, love and passion are usual concepts of the adult category of magazines and comics, that's why they are for adults only. Thought not many people recognize it, comics are a serious business, too, just like movies, bars, Internet porn, among others.

Since the 1970's, the worth of vintage adult comics has consistently multiplied due to their huge demand from investors and collectors. If you collect any of these vintage stuffs, you are likely to earn a good bit of dollars as they are usually appraised as valuable. It seems like a standard notion that if you own something vintage, you can benefit largely.

The approach employed in vintage adult comics is dependent on culture and lifestyle of a certain country it is being released. There are those that are too erotic that may not be appreciated by some. Basically, they're identified to be of European, Japanese and American themes.

Vintage adult comics are usually of erotic conceptions and graphics, sometimes identified as artistic outputs of pornography. The sexuality of both men and women in the same setting is depicted as real as it can be to educate and stimulate the senses of the readers. Sensuality in a human being is but normal as long as it is done within grounds of matrimony. However, the world has accepted reality that bites, thus there isn't any critical judgment aimed to those enjoying the art of making love out of marriage.

Why is Leadership So Important?

You may have heard this as a kid, "there are leaders and there are followers." As a kid it probably didn't mean much, but think about it now as an adult. Is this true? Why or why not?

The fact of the matter is that the statement is true for the most part. Think about it for a second. Think about your job. Think about your family. Think about your relationships. There most absolutely are leaders and followers in all of those areas of your life.

Comics Humor

Which one are you? Is this a choice that you make, or does it just occur?

Why is Leadership So Important?

Some people are born leaders and some followers, but everyone has the ability to be either one or the other.

Which one would you choose? Why?

Look at some famous people. Movie stars, comics, politicians, athletes, scientists, teachers. Do you think that these people have leadership qualities? Even those an athlete may have very strong legs, or this politician has a Harvard degree, or this comic is naturally funny they all still have leadership qualities that got them to where they are today.

Qualities such as persistence, dedication, drive, ambition, courage and mental fortitude. These people did what others would not. They took the steps. They made their own moves.

Think about some of your friends. Are any of these people leaders?

Are you a leader? Or are you a follower?

Well whatever your answer is you have a choice. If you are a follower then you absolutely have the choice to change into a leader. It will be tough though. You will have to come out of your comfort zone.

The highest paid people in the world are leaders without a doubt. Their income is a direct reflection of the value they hold and give back to the world.

So is it clear yet why leadership is so important in life?

If you are in a situation right now and want something more, or something better, chances are that you will have to become a leader. You will have to do what others aren't doing. You will have to say goodbye to status quo and do what matters most.

Why is Leadership So Important?

Comic Book Values - How to Quickly Find the Value of Any Comic Book

Are you looking for a price guide to find the value of one or more comic books? There's so much information online you can be quickly overwhelmed. Don't be afraid! In this article we'll break the value process down to a few easy steps and you'll know if you have trash or treasure in no time at all.

The first key to finding the value of a comic book is organization. What this means is you must accurately describe your comic books in a way that collectors and dealers will be familiar with and will ease the process of looking up the value online or in a price guide. You can think of this as speaking the comic book collecting "lingo."

Comics Humor

An accurate description of a comic book includes the title, volume number if applicable, the issue number and the grade or condition.

Comic Book Values - How to Quickly Find the Value of Any Comic Book

The title and issue number of a comic book is usually self explanatory. Some examples are Amazing Spider-man 134, Superman 300, or X-men 94. You can run into trouble if there are multiple volumes of a comic. For example, Punisher Volume 2 Number 1. Comic book publishers have "reintroduced" several titles in recent years and started back at issue number 1. A number 1 that is from the first volume can have a very different price than a number 1 from a later volume or year of publishing. Be careful you have the correct volume number. If there is only one volume number you don't need to include that fact in your description.

Once you have the title and issue number you're ready to move on to the condition or grade of the comic book.

Comic book grading is one of the most controversial areas for collectors because it is somewhat of a subjective process. If you have a large collection and are serious about becoming a comic book collector you should pick up a copy of the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide. For our purposes we'll concentrate on the few main grades you should be familiar with.

The first grade you should know is Near Mint, abbreviated NM. This is the grade most people look at in the price guide because it's the big number! The only problem is most old comic books and many newer issues aren't in near mint condition. A near mint comic book is like new with almost no flaws. If there are flaws on the comic they are almost imperceptible to the naked, untrained eye. Just think of a comic book that is not only newsstand fresh, but one of the best examples you see on the shelves.

Next, you should know Very Fine, abbreviated VF. This condition also looks almost new, with very few flaws. You will probably be able to see one or more very small imperfections. Most novices call very fine comic books near mint. Be careful.

You should also be familiar with the most common grade comic book and that is Very Good (VG). If you go to an antique store or flea market, your average old comic book will typically be very good condition. The book is well-read with many flaws, but still complete.

Any book that has pieces missing or is incomplete will fall into the final category, Fair or Poor.

Once you have accurate description of your comics - title, issue number and grade - you are ready to find the value.

The first place to look is the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide. This guide is used by most collectors and dealers in the industry and is a great starting point. There are some issues with the guide, but that is the subject of another article. With the "Overstreet" you will have a ball park idea if your comic books have any value or if they are destined for a 25 cent box.

You now have a great start to begin your comic book value quest. Good luck and maybe you have some treasure lurking in your collection!

How to Use Telepathy to Communicate With Others

Have you ever wished that you could communicate with another person without using one of the five common senses? The senses of hearing, seeing, touch, taste, and smell are the most common manners in which a person can communicate with another. However, many people believe in a six sense known as telepathy, whereby a person can transmit thoughts and images to another person through sheer mental power. If you desire to use this power you will need to know how to use telepathy.

The majority of people in the world believe that telepathy is nothing more than Science Fiction. They believe that telepathy is a made up power that is only available to superhero's in comic books and movies. Still, there are many people throughout the world who truly believe that common people can use this unusual power.

Comics Humor

There is no denying that many people do have what is known as a "connection." They seem to be able to communicate with one another with the use of one of the major five senses. This is most commonly seen in twins. When children are born as twins they seem to be able to read one another's minds and thoughts and feelings. The question is, how can a person who is not a twin achieve this sense and power of connection?

How to Use Telepathy to Communicate With Others

Adults who claim to use telepathy believe that anyone can use telepathy if they are open to the thought and believe in the power. They recommend that anyone who wishes to use and harness their powers, to begin by attempting to send 'simple thoughts' to a person whom they are close to. Whether this be a sibling, spouse, friend, or child.

Concentration is the main key in sending your thoughts to another person through the use of telepathy. If you wish to learn how to use telepathy then you need to prepare yourself for a long process that can be quite frustrating and in many cases may never fully develop. In fact, many people believe that you are simply born with the gift and that it can never be learned nor taught.

The 3 Most Valuable 80s Comics - Are They in Your Garage?

Comics have been popular since the 19th century, but collecting has only been considered a real hobby since the 1970s. Since then, many comics have increased in value up to millions of dollars.

Unfortunately, with mass printing and kids taking better care of their comics, few books from the 1980s will reach the multi-million dollar price tag anytime soon. However, there are many comic books from the '80s that are valued in the hundreds of dollars. This makes digging through your old books worthwhile to see if you have any gems.

Comics Humor

1) Spider-Man #1 (1980s volume). Famous artist Todd McFarlane successfully brought this first issue into the limelight, which lead to many other Spider-Man series. Fun fact: Todd McFarlane usually hid spider emblems in his artwork - in character's clothes, rocks, walls, etc. He then puts a number below his signature to indicate the number of spider emblems in the issue. This one will surely be a fun and adventurous read. Price: 0.

The 3 Most Valuable 80s Comics - Are They in Your Garage?

2) Amazing Spider-Man #300 ("Venom"). This is one of the most action-packed issues of the Amazing Spider-Man series, where a fight between the Venom and Spider-Man captured children's imaginations worldwide. Again, the art is what makes this storyline so special. However, another reason for the appeal of this story is the maturity and human interest of it. Venom, it turns out, is actually a journalist from the fictional newspaper Daily Globe, who developed hatred towards Spider-Man for exposing his poor reporting. In any event, the price on this book is astounding: 0 in mint condition.

3) Batman #251 ("The Joker's Five-Way Revenge!"). This series introduced the comeback of Batman's archenemy, the Joker, drawn by now-legend Neal Adams. In this book, the Joker is first portrayed as a violent psychopath and a master criminal, which connects to the Joker characters played by Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger. This is the real reason for the mass appeal of this book, which goes for 0 today in perfect condition.

For collectors today, the obvious conclusion here is that groundbreaking art and stories make for the most valuable comics in the long run. The nostalgia factor is what adults today pay for, and since comics play such an important part in our childhoods, the value of these books should continue to rise.

Comic Books - Japanese Manga vs American Comics

What are the primary differences between Japanese Manga (Comics) and American Comics?

There is a big difference in art styles between Manga, which is more stylized (exaggerated) and American comics, which tend to be more "realistic". There are also quite a few serious differences between the two types of comics. Some of the differences, just to mention a few of them are the cost, creation, diverse audience and genres, presentation and even size.

Comics Humor

The creation of Manga as well as its presentation is quite different than American Comics. Manga is printed in black-and-white format while American comics are the majority of the time in full color. Also, when you look at a graphic novel or Manga you will notice a difference in the size. Manga is frequently smaller than traditional American comic books, usually digest-size and roughly half to one-third the size of American comics. But where the American comics are generally thin like a small magazine, running about 32 pages, Manga comic books are thick and can be hundreds of pages in length!

Comic Books - Japanese Manga vs American Comics

In page count, Manga is quite similar to graphic novels, which are often just collections of the ongoing American comics. But unlike American graphic novels, which are usually just a collection of monthly comics in a single unified story or story arc, Manga books are often apart of an even bigger story and a complete Manga storyline can run thousands of pages.

Another difference between traditional American comics is that mainstream American comics are often created in a sort of assembly-line fashion. They have a writer (story), a penciler (initial sketch), inker (uses a pen to ink over the sketch), letterer (adds dialog) and a colorist (colors the inked sketch). Most Manga books are done by a single creator, who combines all those chores (except coloring).

Also Manga story lines usually move at a much quicker pace. Due to the high page count, one reads a Manga book at an accelerated pace. Manga books almost always have fewer panels and less dialogue (rambling) per page than American comic books. The price for Manga is also more than the average comic book and a bit more than a standard paperback novel, the small size of Manga and black-and-white printing rather than full color keeps the cost down. The lack color is made up when you consider the story development that it'll have with the amount of pages it has.

In Japan, Manga is not viewed as just for kids unlike the American stereotype. There pretty much is a Manga for everyone. With that being stated there are three main genres in Japanese Manga: Shonen Manga (boy's comics), Shojo Manga (girl's comics) and Hentai (adult comics).

Shonen Manga is pretty much comics that are primarily action and/or adventure geared. If you'd like to view some examples of that genre, I'd recommend "Bleach" and/or "Full Metal Alchemist". Shojo Manga is for the opposite sex; they are often about relationships and/or love interests. Please note that even though a particular genre is geared towards a certain audience it's not limited to just that audience (unless otherwise stated). Finally Hentai Manga, I won't delve much into this since it is primarily for adults and NOT suitable for children (just to be safe in case a child is reading this). Anyways, Hentai Manga is sometimes sexually explicit and/or adult-themed. In other words, do not purchase this for your child.

Next time someone asks you what the difference is between Manga and [American] comics, you can surprise them with your knowledge.

The Happiest Truck Drivers Are Those That Have Learned How To Successfully Manage Anxiety And Stress

Few would argue that the life of a commercial truck driver can be stressful at times. However, in spite of this many truck drivers absolutely love their jobs. These drivers thrive on the day to day challenges of driving as opposed to being frustrated by it. Truck driving by its very nature can be stressful. However, truck drivers that excel at their jobs have learned how to successfully deal with stress and anxiety. Sure they might have challenges on the road, but they don't get overwhelmed by them. Oftentimes, these drivers have a variety of stress management techniques to enable them to deal with stressful situations.

Truck drivers that don't know how to manage anxiety and stress often do so by using drugs or alcohol. Even though truck drivers know that it is illegal to use drugs and alcohol while driving some do so anyway. Other drivers use legal prescription or over the counter drugs to deal with anxiety, stress and depression. These drugs often come with warnings advising against using them when driving but some drivers use them anyway. These psychoactive drugs or chemicals act on the central nervous system where they alter brain function which results in temporary changes in perception, mood, consciousness and behavior. Many accidents have occurred when drivers have used these legal drugs as they impaired the driver's motor skills, reaction and judgment. Truck drivers have been arrested if they were involved in an accident and found to be under the influence of any legal or illegal drugs. Drugged driving is definitely hazardous.

Comics Humor

Truck drivers should incorporate healthy methods to manage anxiety and stress on the road. One way is to use natural herbal remedies which are safe and effective. Many plants and herbs which provide a multitude of physical and mental health benefits have been safely used around the world for centuries. Ashwagandha and Maca are two such plants. They are both adaptogens which means that they can safely be used as a nutritive for a variety of ailments.

The Happiest Truck Drivers Are Those That Have Learned How To Successfully Manage Anxiety And Stress

Ashwagandha is a very powerful anti-stress plant which can be used safely to reduce stress and anxiety without harmful side effects. It has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine which is the traditional health care system in India. It reduces anxiety and improves brain function. Ashwagandha provides physical benefits as well. It has been shown to boost energy levels and sexual vitality.

Maca is a plant which is native to Peru and has been used for thousands of years to restore overall health to the body. It provides physical health benefits in that it increases energy levels, stamina, fertility, and sexual health. It provides mental health benefits in that it reduces anxiety and helps with mood swings and depression.

One of the best things drivers can do to combat anxiety and stress is to find ways to incorporate humor into their lives. Humor works its magic very quickly as it will temporarily reduce stress levels in the body. Laughter erupts immediately when someone tells a joke or funny story. Laughter is often referred to as the best medicine as it increases circulation in the body just as exercise does. It also helps build up the immune system and thereby reduces the likelihood of stress induced illnesses. Keeping joke books or humorous movies in the truck will provide you with a quick and easy way to incorporate humor into your life. Simply thinking about comical things will give you something to laugh about. It is important to have a good sense of humor. Laugh with friends, fellow truck drivers and others on the road. Make it a priority to laugh often and for longer periods of time. You will be much happier and healthier if you do.

Top 5 OPM Bands

One of those bands is the Eraserheads. Who would have thought Eraserheads can still wow the Filipino crowd up until now? They became an icon of a successful OPM band. They were just ordinary Filipinos coming from different backgrounds and were given different opportunities but still share the same extraordinary passion, which is love for music. We love to listen and sing to their songs. We do it in the bathroom, while going to work, in parties, while waiting in line, before going to sleep or when drunk. It can be a hum or a memorized piece. Each song delivers a meaning or associates a memory from past experiences. Their songs have been there when no one else was. Let's celebrate this relationship by giving them recognition to their creativity, guts and being a Filipino.

I have compiled the top 5 OPM bands (1990-2010) and rated them according to their impact, demand and sustainability amidst the competition in the world of Filipino music.

Comics Humor

Top 5 is Bamboo. Two of the original Rivermaya band members founded this alternative rock band in 2002. They received 38 awards. They have done excellent compositions and made their fans go gaga. They could have gone to the number one spot but sadly, they disbanded this January 2011. I'm thinking that maybe you are thinking why they belong on 5th spot. Well, I feel that they were still Rivermaya.

Top 5 OPM Bands

Top 4 is Razorback (1990-2007) and Wolfgang (1992-2002 & 2007). These two Filipino OPM rock bands are like brothers coming from different mothers. Razorback influenced by Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Juan Dela Cruz Band. Wolfgang is more like Metallica, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam and The Doors. They belonged to the same genre, did explosive performances and rocked our brains out.

Top 3 is Rivermaya (1993-present). I admire this band for their tenacity and drive to survive to create more outstanding Filipino songs. Ten years after the band was formed, two of their original band mates, stayed in US after a US and Canada tour, and later on formed their own band which was known as "Bamboo." Seven years later, their front man quit. Faced with another transition, the remaining members still managed to surpass this hurdle. They rose, believed in their strength and capabilities and ended up making a name for themselves.

Top 2 is Parokya ni Edgar (translated as Parish of Edgar). Among all of the bands, they use humor in their music. This Filipino rock band was formed in 1993 and still getting funnier each year. They were a bunch of college students. Years later, they became rock stars! Novelty, comical and satirical pieces have been their creations. They won 27 awards and endorsed 11 commercial products. They are adored and are highly demanded by the crowd. The secrets to their success? Great leadership by Chito Miranda, their lead vocalist, and just having fun.

And the Top 1 is, who else? Of course, it's the Eraserheads! The Filipino rock band that rocks big time! Founded in 1989 but got their first break on 1993. They dominated their campus, and reigned over the local, regional and international market. For an estimate of a 10 year life span, this band earned the title, "The Beatles of the Philippines." They won every nomination and made award-winning OPM songs. Still, the break up was inevitable. Even if they didn't get back on their feet, it's important to note that Eraserheads hits were still selling like hotcakes. What's the magic formula? I wish I knew. I guess that's the reason why they are still number one because nobody has ever dared to take their place. Nobody will ever be Eraserheads!

10 Interesting Topics of Conversation for Every Occasion

Don't panic! You can be interesting. Interesting topics of conversation needn't be difficult to come think of. Think about this - what makes a topic interesting? Isn't it that people like to talk about it and that they have opinions on it?

Once you realize that, you'll see that for interesting topics of conversation come from everyday life and things that we all have in common. Then you'll realize it's not so difficult to think of them.

Comics Humor

Don't think you have to be controversial and go for risky topics like politics and religion; you don't. In fact, to do so would be a mistake.

10 Interesting Topics of Conversation for Every Occasion

Whatever topic you choose should make people relaxed and happy to talk; controversial subjects don't do that. Think instead about what all people share: families, hopes, dreams, experiences etc.

Here are a few interesting topics of conversation to get you started:

1. Who is the most interesting person you ever met? You can see how this would easily lead people to voice opinions and ask 'why?'.

2. Where in the world would you most like to visit? This dream location may be shared by others and so it makes people feel solidarity, but also, people will be itching to ask 'why?' and keep the conversation flowing.

3. What has been the most life-changing experience you've ever had? Here, people can share funny and touching stories if they want to, which will help you get a deeper understanding of them. Likewise, if people don't feel relaxed enough to give a heart-felt reply they can answer in a funny way and it all adds to the conversation.

4. What is the most spontaneous thing you've you ever done? That opens the door to all sorts of funny and romantic stories.

5. Who's had the biggest influence on your life? Because this person has influenced the person you're asking, they must view them positively and have strong ideas about them. That means they're likely to enjoy talking about them.

6. What thing that you haven't yet done would you most like to do? This kind of inspirational question always gets people talking and everyone's usually happy to chip in with comments about people's hopes and wishes. Just be careful when commenting that you don't rain on their parade. It's their right to have whatever hopes they want.

7. What is the best quality you've inherited from either of your parents? This is particularly interesting at a family gathering when people know the parents you're talking about. It's also a bit of a bonding experience, speaking favorably about your parents.

8. From which person have you learned most in your life? This is another uplifting, positive topic of conversation that usually gets people talking.

9. What historical figure do you most identify with? This lets you know something about the other people around you; it also opens up discussion of the events these historical figures were involved in. Yes, potentially it takes you into dangerous waters of politics and religion but people usually take this question in the spirit of fun in which it's meant, so potentially awkward moments are easily averted.

10. What kind of music do you like? You could then go on to talk of CDs you've bought or gigs you've been too. You might even ask - 'what's the most embarrassing album in your collection?' That's usually met with all-round hilarity!

These ideas should show you that interesting topics of conversation don't need to be complex or intellectual - in fact, the more ordinary the better, because then people feel qualified to talk about the topic.

Beautiful Dreamer, Stephen Foster, America's First Folk Song Writer

"Beautiful Dreamer" was written by Stephen Foster just before his death in 1864 at age 37. The song became one of his most famous and most popular. However, as with the approximately 200 other songs that Foster wrote during his brief lifetime, he did not receive the recognition or financial reward that he deserved.

Stephen Foster was America's first great songwriter, yet he died with 38 cents in a leather poke and a scrap of paper on which he had written a bit of song lyric, "dear friends and gentle hearts."

Stephen Collins Foster was born near Pittsburgh on July 4, 1826, the same day that both Thomas Jefferson and John Adams died. Foster died in 1864 when he suffered a fall at home while weak from fever. The fall cut open his head and he died in New York's Bellevue Hospital shortly thereafter. Foster had been suffering from alcoholism for years prior to his accidental death.

Young Stephen was able to play tunes on the guitar at age two, and at age ten he performed popular comic songs with local boys. By age 18 he wrote blackface minstrel songs which were the popular folk music of the day. At age 21 he composed the minstrel song, "Oh! Susanna," which became a hit, resung, repeated, and whistled across the country. In fact it became the unofficial anthem of the California Gold Rush two years later.

Music publication was in its infancy in those days and music recording didn't even exist. Stephen Foster did not receive royalties or fees for the many publications or arrangements of "Oh! Susanna" over the next few years. Indeed, he gave away the rights to the song and never received a penny for it.

Over the next ten years Foster wrote many songs, including "The Swanee River (Old Folks at Home)," "Camptown Races," "Jeannie With the Light Brown Hair," "Old Black Joe," "Nelly Bly," "Old Dog Tray," and "My Old Kentucky Home." Stephen Foster earned a little money by selling his songs outright, some for as little as one dollar. It's been said that his songwriting earned him about ,000 during the 15 or so years of his songwriting career.

In 1935 Florida adopted "The Swanee River" as the official state song, though Stephen Foster never visited Florida nor saw the river. He chose "Swanee" because the two syllables fit the music he had written. Foster sold E.P.Christy of the "Christy Minstrels," a blackface minstrel show troupe, the authorship rights to "The Swanee River," a regrettable decision.

The song became a popular international folk tune and has been credited with starting the tourist industry in Florida. Beginning in the 1880's millions of people traveled to Florida to view the famous northern Florida river.

In 1928 Kentucky adopted "My Old Kentucky Home" as their official state song. In 1986 Kentucky changed the second line of the song, "'Tis summer, the darkies are gay;" to "'Tis summer, the people are gay;" for obvious reasons.

Because of the popularity of "My Old Kentucky Home" and "The Swanee River," many people have the impression that Stephen Foster was a southern gentleman. However, he visited the South on only one occasion, a steamboat trip to New Orleans in 1852.

Stephen Foster spent his life mostly in Pennsylvania and New York. His father, William Foster Sr., spent many years in politics, working for President Harrison and winning election to two terms as mayor of Allegheny, Pa.

Prior to the Civil War Stephen Foster helped James Buchanan become President by becoming the musical director of the Buchanan Glee Club and by writing musical pieces for the campaign effort.

During the Civil War Stephen Foster wrote about 70 songs, mostly patriotic war songs which sold poorly. During the war Foster's alcoholism deteriorated his health until his poverty-stricken death in 1864.

Two months after his death, Stephen Foster's "Beautiful Dreamer" was published in New York.

Beautiful Dreamer by Stephen Foster

Beautiful dreamer, wake unto me,

Starlight and dewdrops are waiting for thee;

Sounds of the rude world heard in the day,

Lull'd by the moonlight have all pass'd away!

Beautiful dreamer, queen of my song,

List while I woo thee with soft melody;

Gone are the cares of life's busy throng, --

Beautiful dreamer, awake unto me!

Beautiful dreamer, out on the sea

Mermaids are chaunting the wild lorelie;

Over the streamlet vapors are borne,

Waiting to fade at the bright coming morn.

Beautiful dreamer, beam on my heart,

E'en as the morn on the streamlet and sea;

Then will all clouds of sorrow depart, --

Beautiful dreamer, awake unto me!

How to Make a Girl Come Quickly and Effortlessly

Imagine a sex life where regardless of how long it went for, or how hard you wanted to, you never reached orgasm.

It'd be pretty frustrating, right?

Comics Humor

Sadly, that's what about 70% of women go through every single day.

How to Make a Girl Come Quickly and Effortlessly

Many men are waking up to the fact that their partner isn't getting the sexual satisfaction she craves, and to their credit, are seeking out a solution to the problem. However, many of you reading this article are probably still unsure of how to give a girl multiple, mind-blowing orgasms that she know she desperately needs.

That's where I come in. In this article, I'm going to show you exactly how you can make your girl come quickly, easily, and effortlessly, using a simple, idiot-proof three-step formula.

Step 1: Build Sexual Tension

With all that goes on in our lives these days, it's easy for us to lose touch with our inherent sexuality. For guys, this usually isn't a big problem - we're so highly sexually charged to begin with, that it doesn't exactly take a lot for it to awaken.

Women, on the other hand, are a whole different story.

As opposed to men, who are generally more sexually charged the longer it's been since they've had sex, women work the opposite way. That is to say, they are at their horniest when they are having regular orgasms.

In order to make a woman orgasm quickly and effortlessly, we have to re-awaken her sexuality. We do this first mentally, then physically. The mental component is called sexual tension.

Building sexual tension, whilst easy when you know how, is a whole subject in and of itself. For the purposes of this article, just understand that it involves getting a girl's mind to be receptive to any sexual advances you make. Ways to do this may include light touching, a certain look, saying certain things, flirting, and much more.

Once you have built a decent amount of sexual tension, you can move on to the next step.

Step 2: Foreplay

Being able to perform powerful, arousing foreplay is one of the best skills a man can have in the bedroom.

If sexual tension is the key to awakening a woman's mental sexuality, foreplay is the key to re-aquainting her body with her sexual side. Again, there really isn't enough room in this article to be able to reveal the secrets to amazing foreplay, but essentially it revolves around "firing up" her nerves and putting her body in a highly sexually charged state.

Step 3: Direct Sexual Stimulation

If you have built sexual tension correctly, and have given your girl amazing foreplay, she's 90% of the way to having amazing, powerful orgasms already.

Having said that, obviously the actual physical stimulation is still extremely vital in making her come.

Again, unfortunately, there just isn't room in this article to give a thorough and in-depth explanation of how to use the clitoris, G-spot, and vaginal nerve endings in order to satisfy a woman's sexual cravings. We don't have the space to get into a discussion of primary and secondary stimulation, or the multitude of "hot spots" that are part of the female body, or how to use mental stimulation in tandem with physical stimulation in order to give her powerful, mind-blowing orgasms.

What you have just read is the basic skeletal outline of everything you need to know in order to make a girl come quickly and effortlessly. If you apply this roadmap, there is no doubt in my mind that your girl will have the most powerful orgasms of her life.

How to Make a Girl Come Quickly and Effortlessly

Believe me, there is no need to be embarrassed about not being able to give your partner the kind of mind-blowing, earth-shattering multiple orgasms that you KNOW she craves. If you want to be able to make her orgasm harder, faster, and easier than ever before, why not join the thousands of men just like you that we have already helped.
